Hi there! I’m so glad you stopped by. I love food and cooking. And I love what happens when family and friends gather around the table to break bread together. It’s magic. Recently, our family underwent a major dietary overhaul, after my husband and I completed the Whole30 Challenge and learned for the first time how foods like dairy, grains, soy, and sugar affect us. As a result, we’re in the process of re-imagining the way we do food at home. I know many of you are on similar paths, and the learning curve is steep.
