Hi there! I’m so glad you stopped by. I love food and cooking. And I love what happens when family and friends gather around the table to break bread together. It’s magic. Recently, our family underwent a major dietary overhaul, after my husband and I completed the Whole30 Challenge and learned for the first time how foods like dairy, grains, soy, and sugar affect us. As a result, we’re in the process of re-imagining the way we do food at home. I know many of you are on similar paths, and the learning curve is steep. So I decided to begin a recipe series called “The Sunday Stew”. It’s published on Sunday afternoon, and you’ll find the archives here. It’s my attempt to share with you what we’re learning along the way, with the hope of inspiring you as you feed the ones you love!
